Easy Asian Dipping Sauce

easy recipes

For this easy Asian dipping sauce it seems that you have to do a bit of shopping, but when you have all those sauces at home they run along way and you can use them in lots of other recipes.

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1/2 teaspoon Chinese chili garlic sauce (or any other spicy sauce you have, even pinch of Cayenne pepper will do)

In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients and serve.

You can dip in this sauce pretty much anything you can come up with. Use it with different kinds of vegetables, shrimp or meat.

I have a very versatile “Twist” for this dip: use this dip as chicken sauce. Take 2 pounds (1kg) of any chicken parts you like bone in or not, even chicken wings. Cover well the chicken with dip/sauce and put it into an oven for 1 hour preheated to 350F (180C).

Serve with the remaining of sauce on the side.

Cheers,
Victoria Paikin
