Easy Asian Dipping Sauce
For this easy Asian dipping sauce it seems that you have to do a bit of shopping, but when you have all those sauces at home they run along way and you can use them in lots of other recipes.
1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon Chinese chili garlic sauce (or any other spicy sauce you have, even pinch of Cayenne pepper will do)
In a bowl, mix well all the ingredients and serve.You can dip in this sauce pretty much anything you can come up with. Use it with different kinds of vegetables, shrimp or meat. I have a very versatile “Twist” for this dip: use this dip as chicken sauce. Take 2 pounds (1kg) of any chicken parts you like bone in or not, even chicken wings. Cover well the chicken with dip/sauce and put it into an oven for 1 hour preheated to 350F (180C). Serve with the remaining of sauce on the side. Cheers, Victoria Paikin
