Easy Alien Baked Potatoes Recipe

easy recipes

Everybody do you remember the best horror movie of 20th century? It was my huge inspiration for this recipe.

russet potatoes

ketchup (I recommend to use organic)

vampire teeth (I bought a pack of 8 for a dollar in a dollar store)

1. Bake russet potatoes for an hour or so on in an oven at 375F (200C).

2. Now it’s time to assemble. I assemble my Alien potatoes in 2 ways. In a first way cut the potato to 2 halves and spread the ketchup in a wavy motion on one half. Then put the teeth and the other half potato on top.

3. In a second way cut rectangular hole in the middle of potato, fill it with ketchup and go a little overboard and then stick the vampire teeth inside.

To make a grownup version of this recipe add my little “Twist”. Add a pinch of hot paprika and 2 tablespoons of vodka into the ketchup. It makes it to alien Bloody Mary potato and it’s just fabulous!

So have a healthy, tasty and spooky Halloween!

Cheers Victoria
