Bloody Volcano

Ingredients

white basmati rice 2-3 cups already cooked or steamed, depends on how you like it
one tablespoon vegetable oil
one package of any Indian pre-packaged Paneer Cheese in red sauce of your choice (specifically I bought one that has no artificial colors or flavors).

Preparation

Take semi-round bowl that can contain all the rice. Grease it with oil. Put the rice into the bowl and make sure it's dense. Then turn the bowl and slowly release the rice from the bowl on a large plate (it's like making sand castle). Take a spoon and make hole in the middle of rice volcano. Add 3/4 of Paneer Cheese package into the hole. With the remaining 1/3 decorate the rice like it's erupting volcano.

I hope you'll enjoy this recipe, it's really simple one.
