Those knuckles are really fun, tasty and healthy Halloween treat.
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3lb (1.5kg) chicken drumsticks (for this amount of marinade)
1. In a bowl mix all marinade ingredients together.
2. Then cut each of the drumsticks around the bone; there are tough ligaments that need to be cut, and push the meat down.
3. Dip each drumstick in marinade, place on a tray and continue the same process with other drumsticks.
4. Put the tray full of drumsticks into preheated oven to 350F (170C) for 45-50 minutes and serve with non-edible spooky toys.
