Ingredients:

boneless chicken-500 grams
salt-as needed
chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
curd -1 tablespoon
red colour-a pinch (note from Victoria-I prefer to use only natural ingredients so instead of red colour use red paprika)
corn flour-2 teaspoons
egg -1
For Sauce:

oil-3 spoons
cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
ginger- little (finely chopped)
garlic- little (finely chopped)
green chillies-4 (finely chopped)
coriander leaves- few (chopped)
curry leaves- few (finely chopped)
chilli garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
chilli powder-1 teaspoon
pepper- 1 teaspoon
salt-to taste
Procedure:

1.In a bowl, mix chicken, salt, chilli powder, red colour, ginger garlic paste, curd and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
2. after 1 hour take out this mix and add corn flour and 1 egg and mix well.
3. heat oil in a pan and deep fry this marinated chicken.
4. fry well till good colour appears and drain in paper towel.
Now Sauce Preparation Method:

1. In a non stick pan, add 3 spoons of oil and when hot, add cumin, ginger chopped, garlic chopped, green chillies, salt, chilli garlic paste, curry leaves, chilli powder ,pepper and fry for a while.
2. now add fried chicken to this sauce and let each chicken piece coat with this sauce.
3. transfer it into a bowl, and serve hot with coariander leaves garnished.
