Cranberry & Orange Tea Bark

I enjoy stirring herbal dried tea into all kinds of different dishes for fun. This candy bark is one of my favorites and was a big hit with family members. A great item to serve at a holiday tea.

24 oz vanilla candy bark
3 herbal orange & spice tea bags contents removed, can use your favorite herbal holiday tea blend, may also use 2 tea bags if you like less spice
3/4 cup dried cranberries (I've also made it with raisins & 3/4 cup chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans)

In a medium microwavable bowl, break candy into squares and microwave for 90 seconds, stir and microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring after each until melted. Stir in dried tea and dried fruit and optional nuts. Spread mixture into an even oval layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and let set to harden. When set break candy into pieces and store in an airtight container.
