When I am tired with my old standbys, I turn to my bunch of easy Chinese food recipes. Those recipes have very useful and convenient basics. They tend to be very high in flavor and very low in calories.
I am not a Chinese person, but I'm a great believer in Chinese cultural attitude to food. I deeply believe that everything we’re eating influencing our energy levels and health in general.
Unfortunately, I am not a pro in all nuances of Chinese health cooking, but I tend to go by my feeling in cooking and use as much fresh products and different herbs and spices as I can.
Taste wise, traditional Chinese cuisine is also based on opposites and balance, whereby hot balances cold, pickled balances fresh and spicy balances mild.
The flavorful and healthy “Twist” as I promised will come in each and every one of those budget friendly recipes. In each Chinese food recipe, I will give a time saver “Twist” or/and budget friendly “Twist”. You can read more general time and budget-saving tips for coking
