Easy Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This easy fruit smoothie recipe is done by using only frozen fruits and it makes it to a very quick and absolutely delicious breakfast.

1 cup frozen mixed fruits or berries

1 frozen banana

½-1 cup full fat yogurt made from raw, non-homogenized milk

or

½ avocado and ½-1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

or

½-1 cup organic milk

1. Place solids in blender and add ½ cup liquid. If it doesn’t blend, add a little bit more liquid. You have to remember, that different fruits and blenders need different amounts of liquid to blend well. When it’s well blended the smoothie is done.

The best and exquisite “Twist” for this recipe: add ½ teaspoon ground cardamom and a little pinch of cinnamon. You can use this combination even as a gorgeous cold sauce for hot chocolate cake (click here for the recipe).

You can always add “Twist” of creativity – just use mint to bright up the flavors or you can also use lemon zest.

Cheers,
Victoria Paikin
