Easy Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Easy Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Easy Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Easy fruit smoothie recipes sometimes can look sad and boring. People in a lot of times use the same fruits and juices and it’s a shame. Now days you have enormous variety of fruits and vegetables all year around. I’ll tell you a few rules of thumb to make different smoothies and some of them will probably shock you.

To add creamy texture to your smoothies you have a few options: You can add dairy products like cream, yogurt and milk. Obviously the fattier the product you put, the creamier and richer the texture wll be. Just do me a favor never use low fat dairy products and try to find products that made from non-homogenized milk or even raw.

Another way to add creaminess is by adding ripe avocado, creamy coconut milk or frozen banana. This way you'll make you're smoothies to a very creamy vegan delights.

And the last thing, you should try to use at least half of the fruits frozen. This way you won’t need to use ice cubes and dilute the flavors with water.

Cheers,
Victoria Paikin
