Easy Pork Tenderloin Recipe

easy pork tenderloin recipe

This easy pork tenderloin recipe influenced by the French cuisine. Tenderloin is the leanest part of pork.

1 tablespoon ground coffee

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon cardamom

½ teaspoon sweet paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt, pepper to taste

2 pork tenderloins

1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).

2. In a small dish combine olive oil, coffee, cocoa powder, cumin, paprika and garlic powder.

3. Rub the mixture into the meat.

4. Put the meat on the tray and pop into the oven for 45 minutes. Or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160F (70C).

6. Serve with green salad and potatoes.

My “Twist” for this recipe: you can use 4 whole chicken breasts instead of tenderloins.

Cheers,
Victoria Paikin
