Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
This easy pumpkin bread recipe is a real time saver. You can eat one loaf and freeze the rest for future parties.
1 (15 ounce-950g) can pumpkin puree 4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup water 3 cups white sugar 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
2. In a large bowl mix together all the wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended.
3. In another bowl mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
4. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just blended.
5. Pour the batter into 3 greased and floured 7x3 inch loaf pans.
6. Bake for about 50 minutes in preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
In order to add my unique “Twist”: replace water for the same amount of orange juice.
