There are different kinds of easy salad recipes. They can be easy or complicated, healthy or not, they can be what you want them to be.
Frankly, most of the salads that I had in Mediterranean area were very healthy, on the other hand salads that I had in Russia and US not so much. Being said so, I’ve decided to share with you mostly healthy salads or healthy versions of well known ones.
To add edge to your salads you can add different nuts, seeds and sprouts. Those are very healthy options.
You can add proteins to salads as well. You can add eggs, salmon, tuna or chicken. This way it becomes a meal by itself. I use leftovers as a base to a lot of my salads. It makes a perfect sense and adds big flavors with almost no work and ends with great results.
