Easy Yeast Bread Recipe, The Easiest Italian Focaccia Bread

Easy yeast bread recipe is one of the easiest Italian bread recipes.

Take ½ the of amount of dough from easy pizza dough recipe (click on the link)

after first rising and add:

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary or 1 tablespoon dry rosemary

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


1. Mix rosemary well with the dough.

2. Cover the dough with olive oil.

3. Make oval shape 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide and leave for another ½ an hour to rise. 4. While you mix, preheat the oven to 400F (200C). 5. Bake the bread for 20 minutes, or until the crust is brownish. 6. Remove focaccia from the oven and cool for 10 minutes.

7. Enjoy!

To add unforgettable “Twist” to this simple focaccia bread recipe: add 1 teaspoon of dry garlic to the rosemary.
