Easy Yeast Bread Recipe With Nuts

easy yeast bread recipe

This easy yeast bread recipe with nuts is one of the easiest bread recipes that I know.

Take ½ the amount of dough from easy pizza dough recipe (click on the link) after the first rising and add to make:

¼ cup fresh crushed pecan nuts

¼ cup fresh crushed almonds nuts

2 tablespoons nut oil (if you can’t find it you can use any vegetable tasteless oil)

1. Mix nuts well with the dough.

2. Cover the dough with nut oil.

3. Make oval shape 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide and leave for another ½ an hour to rise. 4. While you mix, preheat the oven to 400F (200C). 5. Bake the bread for 20 minutes, or until the crust is brownish. 6. Take out nut bread from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

7. Enjoy!

To add extra flavorful “Twist” to this special bread: add ¼ cup of various seeds. For example sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.

Cheers,
Victoria Paikin
