French Dip Sandwiches

by Heather Jollotta
(Augusta Maine)

3 large onions of any kind you like
A large skillet
1 tablespoon of fat of your choice like butter, or oil I used 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

Cook onions on medium high heat until they brown. Next add in sliced roast beef and the broth it cooked in. Heat until boiling. To toast your sub rolls I just grabbed a large cookie sheet pan and toasted them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
To assemble the sandwiches, slice the sub roll in half and add your roast beef to your liking. Next drizzle the broth over the top. Sit back and enjoy.
