Orange Crescent Roll Pudding

by Hidemi Walsh
(Plainfield, IN, USA)

Story of this recipe
My American family has crescent rolls for breakfast on Christmas day. This is one of the traditions. I wanted to make more creative and cooked this last year. Everyone loved it. I hope this could be one of our American family traditions. Not long history yet, but very cozy breakfast and easy preparation. Good for busy Christmas morning.

(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
6 Baked Crescent Rolls
2 Oranges
2 teaspoons Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Crushed Almonds

Directions:
1.Peel oranges and cut them into half inch slices.
2.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
3.In a bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and milk. Mix well
4.In a lightly buttered casserole, place crescents and oranges. Pour the batter, put crushed almond and bake for 15-18 minutes.
