1.) Cut the top of the oranges, empty out (save insides in a bowl) cut cute faces in them (save the bits). 2.) Separate eggs, mix the egg whites until stiff. 3.) Melt the chocolate, add 2 tablespoons water. 4.) Once the chocolate is smooth, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well. 5.) Add 1 tablespoon water to the egg yolks and whisk a tad, add to chocolate. 6.) Stir well, keep on heat for another 2-3 minutes. 7.) Take off heat and fold in the egg whites. 8.) Put the orange pieces back in the oranges so the mousse doesn't spill and fill with the mousse. Put for at least 2 hours in fridge.
Orange sauce: 1.) Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the orange insides, blend. 2.) Put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a pan (for faster action put 1 cup sugar and the orange juice directly in the pan, no water). 3.) Keep on boiling until the sugar caramelizes, add the orange juice. 4.) Reduce a tad more, put in bowl and in fridge.
