Smoked pork shoulder recipe in beer marinade just smoky goodness.
4lb pork shoulder cut to 4
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup beer
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
Mix all marinade ingredients together, cover the meat and marinade it for at least 24 hours up to 72 hours.
Then place in smoker on 225F and smoke for 3.5 to 4 hours.
Mix apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and brush the meat every 45 minutes while in smoker.
