Puff Pastry Ghosts

by Sara Bonetti
(Oakland, CA, USA)

Halloween Ghosts

Halloween Ghosts

Ingredients
Puff pastry, cream cheese, raisins

Method: let the puff pastry defrost for a few hours. Roll out the puff pastry very thin. Cut out the puff pastry following the shape of a ghost (I drew a ghost on parchment paper and used it to follow the line). Let the puff pastry ghosts bake at 400F for about 15 minutes. When they are golden, let them cool on a cooling rack. Spread them with cream cheese and place tiny bits of raisins as eyes and mouth.
