Pumpkin Stuffed with Minced Meat

1 small pumpkin app 800 gms
2 slices bread
300 gms minced beef
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 spring onions finely chopped
5g fresh ginger chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 egg
100g Parmesan cheese grated
salt and black pepper grounded
METHOD:
Half and hollow out the pumpkin, then cut each halves into thirds. Heat the oven to 195degC and soften the bread in warm water. Fry two-third of minced beef in oil. Add the spring onions, ginger, garlic, wrung-out bread,egg and the remaining meat. Add two third of cheese and season with salt and ground black pepper. Fill the pumpkin slices with the beef mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
