Vermicelli Spicy Delight

Ingredients:

vermicelli-1 cup
carrot-1
onion-1
tomato-1
green peas -fistful
mint leaves-10
ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
cinnamon stick-half inch
cloves-3
butter-2 teaspoons
potato-1
salt-as per taste
chilli powder-1 teaspoon
water-2 cups
Procedure:
----------
1. heat a sauce pan and add butter.
2. fry 1 cup of vermicelli and transfer it to a plate.
3.now add 1 teaspoon butter and when it melts,add cinnamon and cloves.
4. now add finely chopped onions and fry for a while.
5. now add ginger, garlic paste and mint leaves and fry for 5 min.
6. now add diced potato,tomato ,peas and carrot.
7.add salt and chilli powder and stir.
8.now add 2 cups of water and fried vermicelli.
9. cook till all water evaporates.
10. serve hot with tomato ketchup.
